Primary responsibilities include:
Oversight of telecommunications including volume and flow control
Direct contact with clients to develop system requirements, costs, and implementation, including timelines
Work to develop policies and procedures for telecommunications systems
Recruit and manage subordinate personnel
Other duties as assigned
Education/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, commerce, engineering or related subject from an accredited college or university
Appropriate related work experience including supervision
